Who we are

Zero Fluff is a sole trader consultancy run by Andy Doyle, based in Totnes, Devon. If you need to get in touch about anything on this page, email andy@zerofluff.co.uk.

What data we collect

Your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. That's it. Nothing else.

How we collect it

Directly from you, when you submit the contact form on this website. We don't collect data any other way -- no cookies, no tracking scripts, no analytics.

Why we use it

To read your message and reply to your enquiry. That's it.

Lawful basis

Legitimate interests. You contacted us with a business enquiry, and we need your details to respond. We're not going to use your data for anything else.

Who we share it with

Resend is our email delivery service. When you submit the contact form, Resend processes the submission to deliver it to us. No one else sees your data.

How long we keep it

12 months after our last communication, then we delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data
• Correct it if it's wrong
• Have it deleted
• Restrict how we use it
• Object to processing
• Request a copy in a portable format
